Maine Machine's extensive experience supplying precision machined components for vacuum applications in the semi-conductor industry has allowed our team to become experts in the finishing, cleaning, testing, and handling of items for semi-conductor equipment manufacturers. Components included conflat flanges, thin walled stainless steel tubing, o-ring bonded doors and process chambers. The criticality of sealing surfaces and cleanliness are met and exceeded by our skilled work force and the documented processes they follow.

MMP's continual investments provide our semiconductor customers more value. We offer clean room assembly and integration services, often in a sole source relationship. Our Class 1000 Clean Room is a 3,000 SF state-of-the-art hard wall facility and is fully integrated into our quality system. Our highly skilled technicians produce complex electro-mechanical assemblies, which are tested and shipped to our customers' clean rooms for integration into a higher level assembly.
